External booking

• New premium add-on: visitors on your website pick a free time slot and book a meeting room — no account, no extra software.
• Join links only work inside the meeting window; double bookings are impossible by construction.
• Confirmation and reminder emails with calendar attachments, self-service cancel and reschedule.
• Embed the booking widget on your own site, restricted to the domains you allow; optional email verification and host approval.

HR module

• New premium add-on: personnel files with encrypted sensitive fields, visible only to HR.
• Leave requests with entitlements computed from seniority under labor law; balances restore automatically on cancellation.
• Asset custody with printable, wet-signature forms, and a single pipeline for expenses and cash advances.
• Managers approve their own team's leave and expenses; HR membership is opt-in, separate from admin.
